Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Web3 Labs FZE (“we”, the operator of viewers.gg) collects and uses personal data when you use the Service.

1. What we collect

Account data. Email address, hashed password, display name, plan tier and billing identifiers from our payments provider.

Content data. The video files, links and configuration you submit, plus the clips, transcripts and intermediate artefacts produced by the pipeline.

Usage data. Logs of which routes you hit, which jobs you run and basic device and browser information for debugging and abuse prevention.

2. Why we use it

To operate the Service for you (run your jobs, store your outputs, deliver them back), to bill paying customers, to respond to support requests, to detect and stop abuse, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of vendors to deliver the Service:

• Amazon Web Services (compute, storage, networking, EU/US regions)
• Stripe (payments, subscription management)
• Anthropic (LLM analysis of transcripts when enabled)
• Email delivery via our transactional sender (account and billing notifications)

These vendors process data on our instructions only. The list may change; the current list will always be available on this page.

4. Retention

Account records are kept for the life of the account plus 90 days after closure (for billing and anti-fraud), then deleted. Source uploads and generated clips are kept for the life of the account and removed shortly after closure. You can delete individual jobs and clips from the dashboard.

5. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@viewers.gg.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer data to vendors operating in other regions (US, EU), we rely on the contractual safeguards those vendors offer.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions are HttpOnly cookies; data is encrypted in transit. Storage volumes are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure. Please use a unique strong password and report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@viewers.gg.

8. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and notify active users in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
