Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of viewers.gg(the “Service”), operated by Web3 Labs FZE (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

viewers.gg ingests video content you submit and produces shorter clips, captions and ancillary outputs. Quality, accuracy and completeness of automated outputs are not guaranteed. We may change or remove features at any time.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any video, audio, image or text you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, transcode and process Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and to authorise the processing described above, including any rights of third parties depicted in or contributing to Your Content.

Custom fonts are Your Content. If you upload a font, you represent and warrant that you own it or hold a licence that permits embedding it in, and distributing it as part of, the videos the Service renders for you. We store an uploaded font only to make it available to your account and to burn it into your clips. You are solely responsible for your font licensing.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, depicts minors in sexual contexts, contains malware, or targets specific individuals for harassment. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Clip allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Free-tier outputs include a small watermark and are delivered at a reduced resolution and bitrate; paid plans receive full-quality renders. Pricing is shown on the Service and may change for future renewal periods with notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Upon termination, content stored for your account may be deleted after a grace period; export your work before cancelling.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you additional rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version will always be posted at this URL. If a change materially reduces your rights we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
